Hi Nevis !

Hi Everyone,

A lovely day down at the Point - cold wind though...Brrrr. At least I had a decent sighting of old Nevis who was prowling around a good distance out (sorry for the small photo) from the beach. There was a full moon recently and the tides are big just now.

He was definitely looking around for salmon in the far tide rip and my pal Alan spotted some others coming through the Point and heading towards Inverness but they didn't stop, one being big 748 but I'm not sure who the others were.

    Great to hear from you. I haven't spotted Nevis for a week or two now but the weather is getting better so I hope to see him hunting for salmon really soon.
